Camp Out Cost:  (Paid to Pack 89)
  • $45.00 per family for a tent or RV site. 
        (Includes Electricity (20/30/50A) and Water Access)
  • $15.00 per person to cover cost of food as the Pack will provide lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as S'mores on Saturday night.

Additional Cost:  (Paid on location)
  • State Park Day Fees:  $6.00 per person per day for campers 13 years and older - paid upon arrival to the park.  Campers who are 12 years and under are free.
    ​(Note: If you're a Texas State Park Pass holder you will not be charged an entrance fee)

Requirements:
  • Required Training:  All adults attending the camp out are required to complete their Safeguarding Youth Training prior to arrival.  This training can be completed on the My Scouting website located here: https://www.scouting.org/training/youth-protection/ 
  • Required Medical Forms:  Please make sure you've completed a Medical History form (both parts, A & B) for each person attending the camp out.  The medical forms are located here.  Once you've completed the forms, please email them to [email protected]
  • ​(If training and forms were previously filled out for the fall camp out, these are not required again.)
